Aqua Zumba® at Crib Point Pool
Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn’t miss!
Aqua Zumba® offers you a great way to stay fit without aggravation or risking injury. Using the resistance of water automatically increases the intensity of your workout, helping to increase your strength, flexibility and your overall health. It is for those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine.
Classes are similar to using weights or machines in a gym, however, it gives you a natural buoyancy to help protect and target particular areas of your body that require attention.
Aqua Zumba® begins Saturday 5 November.
Classes will run every Saturday, 10am. Book your spot via Actice World.
Classes will not run on the following dates:
Saturday 24 December, Saturday 31 December & Saturday 7 January.
The Benefits of Aqua Zumba
